In 2019, our family faced unexpected health challenges, one of us was struggling with menopause, while another was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Determined to take control of our well-being, we turned to food as our first step toward healing.
That’s when we discovered the Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) lifestyle and decided to commit to a 21-day programme together.
What happened next was truly life changing. The once overwhelming menopause symptoms eased, energy levels soared, and overall well-being improved. Meanwhile, the effects of hypothyroidism became more manageable, weight dropped, and vitality returned. Seeing and feeling these incredible changes, we knew this was something we had to share.
From our personal journey, Pure Health Experience was born, we are dedicated to helping others discover the power of wholesome, nutritious food.
Our mission is to educate, inspire, and support individuals and families in embracing a healthier way of living. We believe that food isn’t just fuel it’s medicine, connection, and joy.

His creative approach to cooking transforms every dish into a masterpiece, making dining a delightful and wholesome experience. Phil is proud to be the first and only certified Food for Life instructor in Spain, trained by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. , Phil is dedicated to sharing the benefits of a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.
A co-founder at Pure Health Experience. With over two decades of culinary experience, she's a skilled dessert chef, business owner, and master at creating amazing, healthy desserts. Carol's approach is warm and welcoming, emphasising the connection between food and well-being.
Carol has a certification in “Plant-based Nutrition: A Sustainable Diet for Optimal Health” — the UK’s first university-based course on plant-based nutrition, led by experts from Plant-Based Health Professionals UK.

With a background in Montessori education and certification as a personal trainer, Victoria brings a unique blend of knowledge and compassion to her role as our dedicated Wellness Coordinator. Her focus is on supporting individuals in building healthier lifestyles with a gentle, empowering approach.
